Rebecca Bossick
Co-Founder & Clinical Director
Rebecca Bossick is a Chartered Physiotherapist who qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2012 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. She is Co-Founder and Clinical Director of One Body LDN and leads clinical standards, governance, clinician onboarding and clinical development across the organisation.
Her clinical experience spans musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports and post-operative rehabilitation, gait and biomechanical assessment, acupuncture, clinician education and business development.
Before founding Physio LDN in 2018, Rebecca held senior physiotherapy and practice-development roles and worked in both private MSK care and competitive sport.
Her early career began at Physioworld (now Ascenti), where she rapidly progressed to a Senior Physiotherapist role within six months of joining. During this time, she advanced her expertise in deep tissue therapy, acupuncture, spinal and peripheral joint manipulation, gait analysis, and exercise prescription. Rebecca also completed post-graduate training in steroid joint injections – a rare achievement for a clinician so early in her career.
By 2014, Rebecca had taken on a dual clinical and strategic role as a Business Development Manager. In this capacity, she managed teams of physiotherapists and delivered training in communication, clinical sales, and service optimisation. She also led the delivery of physiotherapy services across gyms, sports clubs, and corporate environments, solidifying her reputation for combining medical insight with operational excellence.
Rebecca spent four years as a pitch-side physiotherapist at a competitive rugby club, gaining hands-on experience in high-performance sport. She later joined Capital Physio (now Bodyset), where she worked alongside London’s top consultants and treated elite athletes, becoming one of the highest-performing physiotherapists on the team.
In 2018, at just 27 years old, Rebecca founded Physio LDN, which has since evolved into One Body LDN – a flagship physiotherapy clinic with multiple locations throughout London. Today, One Body LDN is recognised for its exceptional client care, results-driven treatments, and award-winning team. The clinic serves a diverse caseload, including Olympic athletes, high-level performers, and leading professionals, with many clients referred directly from HCA, Fortius, Schoen Clinic, and LIPS consultants.
Rebecca co-leads One Body LDN with Osteopath and former firefighter Kurt Johnson. Together, they have created a progressive and modern clinical environment using best-in-class equipment (including Eleiko and Peloton), elite-level therapists, and an uncompromising focus on outcomes. Under their leadership, the team specialises in treating musculoskeletal injuries and preventing chronic pain through their full-body MOT system – a proactive service that sets new standards in London’s private healthcare.
Rebecca’s work is more than a career – it’s her life. She lives by the same standards she instils in her team: relentless commitment, care, and continual professional development. Outside the clinic, Rebecca is a devoted dog owner and animal lover. She currently has six dogs – two of which are certified therapy animals – and manages a highly structured lifestyle to balance clinical leadership with her personal passions.
Rebecca’s clinical excellence, entrepreneurial spirit, and unwavering dedication continue to position her and One Body LDN as leaders in London’s physiotherapy landscape.
