How many sessions will I need?
Typical ranges:
- Recent/acute issues: 2–4+ sessions
- Long-standing or complex issues: 4–8+ sessions

Can I use my private health insurance here — and am I covered?

Will you send me a receipt? How do I claim back with cashback cover?
Cashback works like this:
- You book and pay privately as normal
- After your session, we send you a receipt (not before)
The receipt includes all details needed to claim.
If you need any extra info (e.g., your address), you can submit it via our client hub and request an updated invoice.
Are your physios HCPC registered?
Yes — all our physiotherapists are HCPC registered.
Each receipt includes your physio’s HCPC number.
Our Policy’s
Online account management
All appointments must be managed through your online client account.
This includes booking, prepayment, rescheduling and cancellations. We do not manage appointments by phone or email.
Prepayments
Prepayment is required for all appointments. Appointments are not secured until prepayment is completed.
Rescheduling & cancellations
If you need to move or cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance via your online account. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will automatically incur a fee equal to the value of the session.
Failure to attend (DNA)
If you do not attend your appointment, a full session fee will be charged.
Pricing & Appointment Policy
Our standard private rate is £185 for a 55-minute session.
Our self-pay rates are discounted to support our clients. Some insurers pay us a reduced, pre-agreed fee based on client volume. These rates are negotiated directly with the insurer.
