How many sessions will I need?
For bespoke information on any condition you may have or any advice regarding sessions, please do not hesitate to contact us today. Please include as much detail as possible so we can give you the best answers and solution.

First time visit?
This will enable your clinician ample time to take a thorough case history and assessment and offer treatment.
Do I need 25, 55 or 85 minutes?
For first-time users, we recommend a 55-minute session. This will enable your clinician ample time to take a thorough case history and assessment and offer treatment.
If time is an issue, we can of course still see you for 25 minutes for your first session. However, please be aware that treatment or exercise time will then be limited due to the time spent on your assessment.
For sports massages – choosing 25, 55 or 85 minutes is dependent simply on how much time you would like spent treating and/or what body parts you would like to address.
For example, 25 minutes will be an ample amount of time for treating the neck and shoulders. But if you wanted a full-body treatment, then you would need a 55-minute treatment session.
I have health insurance, will it pay for my sessions?

Do your physiotherapists give the sports massages?
Yes!
We are proud to say that at One Body, fully qualified, trained, and registered physiotherapists provide your deep-tissue sports massage treatments.
Most will have a sports massage background and previous training. On top of this, they will also undergo our full onboarding and deep tissue sports massage training programme.

Are these prices the same for physiotherapy and sports massage?
Yes.
At One Body, you receive physiotherapy and sports massage treatments from fully qualified and registered physiotherapists.
Your therapist will be able to confidently give either a physiotherapy or deep tissue sports massage session for the allotted treatment time.

Saving victims of China’s dog meat trade – Saving Harbin Dogs are a volunteer-run organisation based in the UK, US and Harbin, China.

When you book a session at One Body, we give a portion of your session fee to support this amazing volunteer-run rescue partner dedicated to saving dogs from a horrific fate.
Our Policy’s
Pricing Info
Our self-pay clients receive a discount compared to our normal insurance prices. Our normal insurance prices are £179 for 55 minutes. In some circumstances, we have agreed to a lower fee for certain insurances, too, based on the volume of clients.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours’ advance notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, we will process a fee equal to the value of your session.
With prepaid sessions, we will therefore deduct the value of your session from your allowance.
This notice period is an industry-standard for medical practitioners.
Please contact us if you’re unsure about attending your appointment.
Lateness
To provide the best possible service to all our clients, we ask you to contact us if you are running late. We can attempt to make all necessary arrangements to ensure our specialist sees you.
As our clinics are very busy, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment or wait for an available slot so that all our patients receive the best possible service.
Suppose you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment without our prior agreement. In that case, we may consider you to have failed to attend, and we will process a “Did Not Attend” fee equal to the value of your session.
Failure to Attend
If you fail to attend your treatment session or are more than 10 minutes late, we will deem you missed your appointment. We will then process a “Did Not Attend” fee equal to the value of your session.
