Why do we offer our lowest rate within 7 days?
When a follow-up within 7 days is clinically appropriate, we make it more affordable to maintain consistent treatment. Your therapist will only recommend this frequency when it suits your clinical needs and recovery plan.
Pricing questions
How do the in-clinic follow-up rates work?
If your therapist recommends another appointment, they can book your next session with you in clinic at a lower follow-up rate.
We offer our lowest rate when a follow-up within 7 days is clinically appropriate, helping make regular treatment easier to maintain.Later follow-ups can still access a discounted in-clinic rate.
There is no multi-session commitment — each appointment is booked and paid for individually. Current rates are shown in the pricing table above.
Do I have to buy a package?
No. You pay for each appointment individually.
Our in-clinic follow-up rates are designed to give you lower ongoing prices without requiring you to prepay for several sessions. Your therapist will recommend your next appointment based on your progress, clinical needs and goals.
Can I use private health insurance?
Yes. We work with major private health insurers including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, Cigna and WPA. If your policy includes physiotherapy, using your insurance may reduce your out-of-pocket treatment costs. Your insurer determines your individual cover, excess, authorisation requirements and treatment limits.
What happens if I need to cancel or miss an appointment?
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours beforehand through the approved cancellation process. Our cancellation and non-attendance policy applies to all confirmed bookings. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. Receipts are available after treatment and can be used, where applicable, for cashback or reimbursement claims with your provider.

Managing your appointment
Appointments may be booked online or, where available, directly in clinic by an authorised clinician or member of staff. Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through the approved channels set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Booking & payment
Some appointments require prepayment, while others may be confirmed on a pay-per-session or insurance-funded basis. Once an appointment is confirmed, our cancellation and non-attendance terms apply.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedulings made within 24 hours will automatically incur a fee equal to the session’s value.
Missed appointments (DNA)
Missed confirmed appointments are normally charged at the full applicable session price.
Payment methods
We accept approved secure card and online payment methods. We do not accept cash or cheques.
Insurance-funded appointments
Insurer and third-party-funded rates may differ from our self-pay prices and depend on the applicable funding arrangement.
Reports & additional services
Formal reports, letters and certain administrative services are not included in standard appointment prices and may carry an additional fee.
