One Body LDN works with a range of private health insurers, clinic host venues, fitness organisations, healthcare professionals and technology providers. The nature of each relationship differs, so we describe provider recognition, professional memberships, clinic hosting, collaborations and technology use separately below. Inclusion on this page does not imply endorsement or a formal partnership unless explicitly stated.
Health insurers & healthcare funding providers
One Body LDN works with a range of private medical insurers and healthcare funding providers. Depending on the provider and policy, eligible physiotherapy may be billed directly using a recognised provider code or paid by the patient and reclaimed through a health cash plan. Authorisation requirements, excesses, shortfalls and provider eligibility vary by policy, clinician and location, so clients should confirm their cover before treatment.
Workplace & corporate collaborations
One Body LDN has delivered workplace physiotherapy, wellbeing, education or injury-prevention services for selected organisations or their teams. Organisations are included only where One Body LDN has documented direct work with them or their workforce. Inclusion does not imply an ongoing partnership, preferred-provider arrangement or endorsement unless stated.
Fitness & performance collaborations
One Body LDN has worked with gyms, coaches and fitness organisations through referrals, events, member initiatives and performance-related activity. Some relationships are informal, historical or referral-based rather than formal commercial partnerships. Organisations are included where One Body LDN has documented direct activity with them; inclusion does not imply an ongoing partnership or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
Clinical referral relationships
One Body LDN regularly receives patient referrals from consultants, surgeons, GPs and other healthcare professionals who practise at or are associated with the hospitals and clinics listed below. With patient consent, our physiotherapists may also communicate with these clinicians as part of coordinated care and rehabilitation. These are clinician-to-clinician referral relationships; unless explicitly stated, they are not formal partnerships with the hospitals or organisations themselves and do not imply institutional endorsement.
Education & clinical placements
Students from the universities listed below have completed supervised clinical placements or professional experience with One Body LDN. The institutions are shown to identify where those students studied; unless explicitly stated, inclusion does not represent a formal partnership, placement agreement, endorsement or ongoing institutional relationship between the university and One Body LDN.
Charity partner
One Body LDN supports Saving Harbin Dogs by donating a portion of each treatment session to help fund dog rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming.
Clinic host venues
Some One Body LDN clinics operate from treatment rooms within third-party venues across London. These organisations provide premises or facilities; One Body LDN remains responsible for its clinicians, clinical governance, patient records and care. We list current host venues below.
Professional regulation & memberships
Our physiotherapists are individually registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the statutory regulator for physiotherapists and other health and care professions in the UK. HCPC registration applies to individual professionals rather than One Body LDN as a company. Our physiotherapists are also members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), the professional, educational and trade union body for UK physiotherapists. Selected One Body LDN physiotherapists are also members of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP), where relevant to their practice.
Clinical technology we use
One Body LDN uses TM3 for practice management and online booking, Physitrack for exercise prescription and remote rehabilitation, and PatientNotes to support clinical documentation. These platforms are technology providers used within our clinical and administrative workflows.
