MOLLY
Molly obtained her master’s degree in physiotherapy from St Georges University in London, where she gained experience working with various patients within the NHS. Before this, she completed her undergraduate Sport and Exercise Science degree at the University of Chichester, where she specialised in sports performance, exploring the science behind training techniques and fitness testing.
Before qualifying in physiotherapy, Molly worked as a Health Advisor conducting lifestyle and VO2 max fitness testing on customers primarily of a corporate working lifestyle. She enjoyed helping individuals achieve a healthier lifestyle by better understanding nutrition, sleep, stress, and physical activity.
Molly’s favourite aspect of physiotherapy is working with individuals to personalise rehabilitation and training to make their goals more attainable. Participating in many team sports over the years, she has seen how different individuals approach similar goals in a way that works for them.
In her spare time, Molly enjoys playing for her local rugby club, going to the gym and trying out new restaurants and activities around London.
