Modern Slavery Statement One Body LDN

Last Updated: July 2025

At One Body LDN, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, safety, and human dignity across all aspects of our business. While we are not required under Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 to publish an annual statement, we voluntarily disclose our position as part of our wider commitment to transparency, integrity, and social responsibility.

Our Business and Structure

One Body LDN is an award-winning physiotherapy and wellness clinic operating across multiple London locations. We provide physiotherapy, sports massage, rehabilitation, and wellness services to individuals, athletes, and corporate clients.

As a private healthcare provider, we recognise our responsibility not only to our patients and staff but also to those connected to our supply chains. We remain committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place within our operations or through any products, services, or partnerships we engage with.

Our Commitment

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking. We strive to ensure that everyone working for, with, or on behalf of One Body LDN does so in an environment that respects and protects their basic human rights.

This includes:

  • Paying fair wages in compliance with UK law
  • Maintaining ethical working conditions across all locations
  • Ensuring professional and safe environments for all staff and clients
  • Vetting key suppliers and partners for responsible practices

Supply Chains

Although our operations are primarily clinical, we work with various suppliers for uniforms, equipment, laundry services, software, and marketing. These suppliers are generally UK-based or operate in countries with strong employment regulation.

Where possible, we work only with partners who share our ethical values and:

  • Comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015
  • Have published their own anti-slavery statements (if legally required)
  • Demonstrate responsible employment practices

Training and Awareness

All new staff receive onboarding that includes our Code of Conduct and expectations on ethics and safeguarding. We encourage our team to raise concerns if they identify any signs of exploitation or unethical labour practices — whether within the clinic or through our external relationships.

Ongoing Responsibility

We recognise that preventing modern slavery is an ongoing process. We will continue to:

  • Review and improve our internal policies and supplier checks
  • Promote awareness across our team
  • Encourage our partners to maintain ethical working practices

This voluntary statement reflects our values as a responsible, people-first healthcare provider.
