Modern Slavery Statement — One Body LDN

Last Updated: February 2026

One Body LDN is committed to operating ethically and respecting human rights. While we are not required to publish a statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we choose to provide this statement as part of our commitment to transparency and responsible business practice.

Our business

One Body LDN is a multi-location physiotherapy and wellness clinic operating across London. We provide physiotherapy, sports massage, rehabilitation, and related wellbeing services to individuals, athletes, and corporate clients.

Our commitment

We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking. We aim to ensure that modern slavery does not occur within our business or in our supply chains.

Our approach includes:

  • complying with UK employment laws and paying fair wages

  • maintaining safe, respectful working conditions

  • promoting ethical behaviour and safeguarding across our clinics

  • working with suppliers and partners who share responsible standards

Supply chains and suppliers

Our supply chain is relatively low-risk and primarily supports clinical operations (e.g. uniforms, equipment, laundry services, software, and marketing). Where possible, we work with UK-based suppliers or businesses operating in jurisdictions with strong labour and employment protections.

We expect suppliers and partners to:

  • comply with applicable laws relating to employment and human rights

  • maintain responsible working practices

  • align with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (where relevant)

Training and awareness

Staff onboarding includes our expectations on professional conduct, ethics, and safeguarding. We encourage our team to report concerns if they become aware of potential exploitation or unethical labour practices within our business or supply chain relationships.

Ongoing responsibility

We recognise that preventing modern slavery is an ongoing process. We will continue to:

  • review and improve relevant internal policies and supplier checks

  • support awareness across our team

  • encourage responsible practices among suppliers and partners
