Review for Pooja: An extremely intelligent and knowledgeable person who was able to explain everything to me very well. Pooja is extremely friendly and warm and I look forward to my appointments with her. In terms of my injury, after 10 sessions I am almost fully healed. Would highly recommend.Posted on Jake WhittakerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After a significant back injury left me barely able to train, I genuinely wasn’t sure if I’d ever return to the gym. However, working with Pooja has been a game changer. She has rebuilt my movement patterns, my confidence, and my understanding of what my body needed to recover properly. Every session with Pooja had a clear purpose. Although initially frustrated by the slow progress, I recognise now that I was probably being saved from my own over-exuberance. She tailored every exercise to my specific limitations and goals with the progressions being logical and effective. Within weeks my pain started to decrease and within months I was back at the gym doing most of the things I wanted to be able to do. Although not yet at parity with my pre-injured state, the trajectory is such that I am confident I will be there soon. I really can’t thank Pooja enough for her help and commitment!Posted on Achike TabansiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mridul was a true professional, polite, great at his job and very understanding of my needs within the appointment. 100% recommend him and the company. Achike TabansiPosted on Nicholas MorganTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t recommend Pooja highly enough. I pulled two muscles in my back a couple of months before a big golf trip and was worried I wouldn’t be able to play. Through rigorous sports massage and a clear, well structured physio exercise programme, I was back playing within a month, with a couple of weeks still to go before the trip. Pooja worked completely around my needs, schedule and goals of getting back to golf safely and confidently. She was thoughtful, practical and extremely supportive throughout the process, adjusting treatment and exercises as my recovery progressed. Since then, both my wife and my mother in law have seen Pooja for their own recent injuries. She helped each of us in different ways, tailoring her approach and style to the individual rather than applying a one size fits all solution. An excellent physio and a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend Pooja to anyone dealing with injury or looking to return to sport properly.Posted on Yawar HayatTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing experience at One Body LDN. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and motivating. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to understand your goals, making every session feel personalised and effective.Posted on D CeeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Always had great experiences here - whether long-term physio rehab, addressing something acute or getting a well needed sports massage during marathon training! For me I went as I’m able to claim back on my insurance and the staff are generally all registered physios (and you can tell the difference with the massage!)

- Recent/acute issues: 2–4+ sessions
- Long-standing or complex issues: 4–8+ sessions
We only recommend what you genuinely need. No sales tactics, full transparency.
We also offer discounts exclusively at the clinic to support faster recovery. The faster you recover, the fewer sessions you need, and the less you spend.
How much is an appointment?
You can start with a free physio assessment, or get 55% off a full 55-minute assessment and treatment.
To redeem either offer, you must enter code NEWCLIENT at checkout.
We’re competitively priced for a private clinic, while delivering an award-winning standard of care. Costs are always clear upfront — no wasted sessions, no pressure.
What happens in a session? Will it hurt? Is it safe?
Sessions are safe, professional, and hands-on. Our deep massage treatments can provide the deep “good pain” our clients love. But always, our treatments are controlled and explained, and they’re within your limits.
Every session includes:
- Proper assessment
- Hands-on treatment (massage, manual therapy, joint work)
- Clear rehab advice
Can I use my health insurance for sports massage?
Most insurers don’t authorise sports massage alone, but they do cover physiotherapy.
At One Body LDN, we’re different — we use hands-on sports massage techniques within your physiotherapy sessions, so you still get that same deep relief and muscle recovery while your insurer covers the cost.
You’ll enjoy the best of both worlds — award-winning treatment, and no out-of-pocket expense beyond your excess.
We accept all major insurers, including AXA, Bupa, Vitality, Cigna, WPA, Healix and many more.
We are also the only clinic to provide a step-by-step insurance portal to make claiming easy.
You can book online instantly, with no phone calls or deposits.
How quickly can I be seen? How do I book?
We have multiple London sports massage locations, many open 7 days a week.
Same-day and same-week appointments are the norm for our clients.
Booking takes under 60 seconds online. Book here
Do you treat my condition or injury?
Yes. We treat everyday pains, muscle tightness and sports injuries, including: back pain & sciatica, neck & shoulder pain, knee & running injuries, gym injuries, and ongoing muscle stiffness and tightness.
All our physios are HCPC-registered, highly experienced, and have completed our rigorous onboarding process. Our team comes from NHS and elite sport backgrounds, including work with high-level athletes.
Why choose One Body LDN
