Best physio in London

I came in with serious neck tension and frequent headaches from spending long hours at the computer. Preeti, one of the practitioners, did an excellent job targeting the problem areas with a focused sports massage. She explained each step of the treatment as she went, which really helped me understand what was going on. I’ll likely need a couple more sessions to fully resolve the issue, but overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

After one session my neck pain was considerably better.
I appreciated the ability to book online instead of waiting for someone to respond to a voicemail. My therapist assessed my issue quickly and got straight to hands on therapy. It did the trick perfectly. After one session my neck pain was considerably better.

Really great physiotherapist. Ananya helped me sort out long-standing tension in my neck and shoulder, and also checked my arm and forearm for a few other issues. She’s super friendly, very organised, and explains everything clearly. Thanks to her, I can now train again — including calisthenics and boxing — completely pain-free, which honestly makes a huge difference. She also sent me all the exercises online, which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

An amazing physiotherapy clinic
I started going to One Body LDN only to improve my posture. I haven’t had any injuries. After just a few sessions with my physiotherapist Om, I can tell my posture has already started improving. I can only recommend this clinic!

Shivangi is exceptional – could barely move my neck when I first came to see her. She accurately diagnosed and treated not only the pain, but an underlying cause that had bothered me for the last 5 years. I have been to multiple physios and she is far and away the best.

That’s what your first assessment is for. If physiotherapy is right for you, we’ll explain the plan. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you.
Why choose One Body LDN for physiotherapy in King's Cross?
HCPC-registered, degree-qualified physiotherapists
All physiotherapy appointments are delivered by HCPC-registered physiotherapists who are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). Physiotherapist is a legally protected professional title in the UK, and HCPC registrants must meet professional standards for safe and effective practice.
Our team includes clinicians with experience across NHS, private healthcare and elite sport. Every One Body LDN physiotherapist completes structured clinical onboarding and ongoing clinical audit to help maintain consistent standards of assessment, treatment planning and patient care.
Our clinicians assess your symptoms, movement and function before recommending treatment. Care is informed by current clinical evidence and relevant NICE guidance, with referral or coordination with GPs, GMC-registered medical consultants and other healthcare professionals where appropriate.
All One Body LDN physiotherapists are DBS checked.
Thousands of patient reviews + an NPS of +79
One Body LDN has thousands of patient reviews across Google and Trustpilot and is rated “Excellent” on Trustpilot.
Based on a structured analysis of 4,859 valid client survey responses, One Body LDN recorded a Net Promoter Score of +79.
Nearly 1 in 4 respondents (24.8%) said they discovered One Body LDN through a recommendation from a friend, family member or colleague. Recurring patient-feedback themes included feeling listened to, receiving clear explanations and understanding their treatment plan.
One Body LDN is an award-winning physiotherapy clinic group and has been featured in publications including GQ, The Times, Men’s Health and Women’s Health.
Survey findings reflect patient-reported experiences and are not measures of clinical effectiveness. Individual experiences and outcomes vary.
Hands-on treatment + rehabilitation built around you
Our physiotherapists combine hands-on treatment with active rehabilitation, based on what your assessment shows. Where clinically appropriate, this may include soft-tissue techniques and joint mobilisation alongside exercise-based rehabilitation.
Based on a structured analysis of 4,859 valid client survey responses, hands-on treatment, self-reported physical progress and structured aftercare were recurring themes in patient feedback.
This combined approach is consistent with condition-specific clinical guidance. For example, NICE advises that manual therapy for low back pain and sciatica should be considered as part of a treatment package that includes exercise, rather than as a standalone treatment.
Your rehabilitation plan is built around your symptoms, movement goals and lifestyle, with clear exercises and next steps between appointments.
Clear pricing and treatment plans — no pressure to overbook
You can see your pricing before you book. Your physiotherapist will explain what they think is causing your problem, what they recommend next and why.
Based on a structured analysis of 4,859 valid client survey responses, more than 1 in 5 respondents (21.1%) cited transparent pricing as a factor that gave them confidence when booking. Clear treatment planning was also a recurring theme in patient feedback.
If ongoing physiotherapy is not clinically appropriate or you do not need further sessions, we’ll tell you.

Physiotherapy in King's Cross: FAQs
How much does a physiotherapy appointment in King's Cross cost?
Our current physiotherapy prices and new-client offers are shown clearly before you book.
You can start with our free physiotherapy assessment, with the applicable booking fee shown when you book, or choose one of our new-client treatment offers.
We also offer lower follow-up pricing for eligible appointments booked directly in the clinic.
What conditions do your King's Cross physiotherapists treat?
Our physiotherapists treat pain, injuries and movement problems across the whole body, including back pain and sciatica; neck and shoulder pain; elbow, wrist and hand problems; hip, knee, ankle and foot pain; muscle pain and tightness; sports and running injuries; and post-surgery rehabilitation.
All physiotherapy appointments are delivered by HCPC-registered, degree-qualified physiotherapists, supported by One Body LDN’s structured clinical onboarding and ongoing clinical audit.
If you’re unsure whether physiotherapy is appropriate for your problem, your first assessment is designed to establish exactly that.
What happens in a physiotherapy session? Will it hurt? Is it safe?
Your first appointment starts with an assessment of your symptoms, medical history and goals, followed by relevant tests of movement, strength, mobility and function.
Your physiotherapist will explain what they think is causing or contributing to the problem and discuss the treatment options with you.
Where clinically appropriate, your session may include hands-on treatment such as soft-tissue techniques and joint mobilisation, alongside targeted exercise rehabilitation and advice.
Physiotherapy should not be needlessly painful. Some techniques or exercises can feel firm or temporarily uncomfortable, but treatment should be explained, consented to and adjusted to your comfort and response.
How many physiotherapy sessions will I need?
There is no fixed number — it depends on your problem, how long you’ve had it, your goals and how you respond to treatment.
Some people may only need a small number of appointments, while longer-standing injuries or post-surgery rehabilitation can require a longer programme.
After your assessment, your physiotherapist will explain what they recommend and why, and your progress will be reviewed as treatment continues.
If you don’t need further physiotherapy, we’ll tell you.
