Chronic Sciatica Finally Fixed: Rachael's Physiotherapy Story

Rachael, a client in London, resolved years of chronic sciatica and lower back pain through a tailored physiotherapy programme at One Body LDN that combined hands-on treatment, progressive strength training, and lifestyle adjustments — moving from constant pain that stopped her training to full recovery and long-term self-management of her condition.

3. Strategic First-Party Data Callouts (Key Insights)

5. On-Page Methodology & Governance Disclosure

Data Collection & Methodology Disclosure

Scope & Sample: Findings are derived from One Body LDN post-appointment surveys completed between 1 January 2026 and 30 June 2026. Data reflects 4,859 valid responses collected via automated post-treatment email and SMS questionnaires.

Data Processing: Open-text comments were categorised into qualitative themes using a standardised coding framework. Because individual responses could address multiple topics, category totals do not equal 100%. Blank, duplicate, rating-only entries without text, and irrelevant responses were excluded from thematic coding.

NPS Calculation: Our Net Promoter Score (+79) was calculated using standard methodology:

NPS = % Promoters (scores 9–10) – % Detractors (scores 0–6)

Passives scoring 7–8 are included in total response counts but do not alter the final percentage.

Limitations:

Respondents were existing One Body LDN clients who voluntarily completed feedback questionnaires.

Findings describe subjective patient-reported experiences and expectations. They do not represent clinical effectiveness trials or medical outcome guarantees.
