Much love to you and Rebecca! See you both soon.
We have been training together for years and I had more confidence in him. I knew he'd understand these types of injuries.
He knew exactly what it was and how to treat it without causing me any discomfort
I walked away with a better understanding of my body, my posture and what I personally need to focus on.
Would highly recommend - thank you!
He immediately treated my stiff upper back and hip issues on the first session - wasting no time at all! Within just a couple of sessions, I felt instant improvements in my weight training and running. I haven't looked back since!
Kurt has a deep understanding of anatomy and was able to quickly locate the source of my problem and explain how the referred pain originated.
His professionalism is second to none. He has a gentle hand and a calming manner - all which are essential when treatment has a tendency to be uncomfortable! His aftercare included advice and exercises to prevent similar pain in future and courtesy follow up message which I really valued.
I can't thank him enough and have referred all my friends!
Being a professional MMA fighter for over 9 years, I've had some serious injuries. Over the last 12 months, I sustained one of my worst. I almost completely ruptured my adductor and the bottom of my abs.
These guys were both crucial to my recovery and within weeks of treatment, I saw massive results. A few months later, and I'm back to complete health and fighting shape!
Champion Professional MMA fighter
She provides a really good blend of massage and acupuncture in the sessions with advice and exercises to take home.
Rebecca also does really helpful video sessions, especially focused on rehab exercises (introducing new ones, checking the form of old ones, etc).
She is also thoroughly lovely as well 🙂
Her examination on my first visit was very thorough. She was very attentive and detailed in collecting my medical history.
Following just a few sessions, I found significant improvements in mobility and alleviation of pain.
I don't think you'd find a better physio anywhere and highly recommend Rebecca.
Kurt is the best sports therapist I have come across in London - someone who truly loves their job and can actually make you injury-free.
Don't wait until you're hurt or have an injury. You could avoid it with One Body LDN!
Physio isn't just about recovering from pain, but about improving overall physical health and strength, and this is a must for anyone that takes part in any kind of physical activity. I have been coming here for almost a year now, and whilst I have had sessions to recover from injuries, you can also benefit from so much more.
They will be able to provide physio, osteopathy, a general body MOT, PT services, acupuncture, health and exercise advice and knowledge... it's fairly limitless.
In my time with these guys I haven't just repaired from injury, I've learned beyond expectations about better form, techniques, nutrition, improved lifting... It's just a shame I had to get an injury to find them!
Don't delay. Book a session. Go in for a diagnosis. They will know more than you about what's going on with your body. See what they say and advise. You'll be amazed what you learn and how much better off you'll be for it.

Appendix: Key Terms and Concepts for Tennis Elbow
Forearm: Tennis elbow is a condition that causes pain in the forearm and around the outside of your elbow. It is usually caused by repetitive arm movements that can cause your forearm muscles to get fatigued. The pain is due to the inflammation of the tendons that connect your forearm muscles to the bony bump on the outside of your elbow (lateral epicondyle). While it is commonly associated with tennis players, most people who have tennis elbow do not actually play tennis. Treatment options for tennis elbow include rest, physical therapy, and medication.
MRI: If you have symptoms of tennis elbow, your doctor may order an MRI test to assess the extent of tendon and muscle damage. An MRI test provides detailed images of the elbow joint and can help diagnose conditions like arthritis or a broken bone, as well as rule out other possible causes of pain. Other tests such as x-rays and ultrasound may also be recommended to determine the severity of injury and develop an effective treatment plan.
Anti-inflammatory: Tennis elbow is a common condition that causes pain in the outer part of the elbow. It can be treated with non-invasive methods such as rest, ice packs and anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or naproxen. These medications can help to reduce swelling, inflammation and pain associated with tennis elbow. In some cases, a special brace may be recommended to keep the area still for a few weeks or steroid injections may be given to help reduce swelling and pain. To prevent tennis elbow, it’s important to avoid lifting heavy objects with your palms facing downwards and use over-the-counter painkillers such as paracetamol or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Platelets: Tennis elbow is a painful condition caused by repetitive use of the forearm muscles and tendons. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy offers a promising treatment option for tennis elbow. PRP therapy involves the injection of platelets, which are tiny cell fragments in your blood that aid healing, into the affected area. The platelets contain a high concentration of growth factors that can help to speed up the healing process and improve the biologic environment of the tissue. While the long-term effectiveness of PRP injections for tennis elbow is not yet known, it has shown to be effective in some cases.
Overuse: Tennis elbow is a painful condition caused by overuse of the arm and specifically the tendons that attach the muscles to bones. It commonly affects athletes who engage in repetitive activities such as gripping a tennis racket too tightly. However, it can also affect people who perform tasks that involve repeated hand movements. Inflammation, degeneration, and potential tearing of the tendons are common symptoms of this condition. Treatment typically involves rest, physical therapy, and sometimes medication or surgery if necessary.
Tennis elbow symptoms: Tennis elbow is a painful condition that is caused by the overuse of the tendons around the elbow. The symptoms can include pain and tenderness on the outside of the elbow, weakness in the forearm, and difficulty gripping or lifting objects. Activities like gripping, writing, lifting, pulling, and twisting can all cause changes to the tendon due to overloading it. If you experience any of these symptoms, it’s important to seek medical advice and treatment to avoid further damage.
Splint: Tennis elbow is a painful condition that can occur due to repetitive movements of the forearm muscles and tendons. One possible treatment for tennis elbow is wearing a splint or brace to support the forearm during activities that may exacerbate the pain. These supports are known as epicondylitis clasps and can be found in some chemists and sports shops. The use of a brace, strapping, support bandage or splint may also be recommended in the short term to alleviate symptoms. In severe cases, surgery may be required, and the arm may need to be immobilized temporarily with a splint before rehabilitation can begin.
Tennis elbow, also known as lateral epicondylitis, is a condition characterized by pain and inflammation on the outer part of the elbow. It is caused by repetitive motions of the wrist and arm, such as those involved in playing tennis or other racquet sports, as well as certain occupational activities.
Treatment options for tennis elbow include rest, ice or heat therapy, physical therapy exercises, pain medications, and in severe cases, corticosteroid injections or surgery. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your specific condition.
