1000'S OF 5-STAR REVIEWS

Much love to you and Rebecca! See you both soon.

We have been training together for years and I had more confidence in him. I knew he'd understand these types of injuries.
He knew exactly what it was and how to treat it without causing me any discomfort

I walked away with a better understanding of my body, my posture and what I personally need to focus on.
Would highly recommend - thank you!

He immediately treated my stiff upper back and hip issues on the first session - wasting no time at all! Within just a couple of sessions, I felt instant improvements in my weight training and running. I haven't looked back since!

Kurt has a deep understanding of anatomy and was able to quickly locate the source of my problem and explain how the referred pain originated.
His professionalism is second to none. He has a gentle hand and a calming manner - all which are essential when treatment has a tendency to be uncomfortable! His aftercare included advice and exercises to prevent similar pain in future and courtesy follow up message which I really valued.
I can't thank him enough and have referred all my friends!

Being a professional MMA fighter for over 9 years, I've had some serious injuries. Over the last 12 months, I sustained one of my worst. I almost completely ruptured my adductor and the bottom of my abs.
These guys were both crucial to my recovery and within weeks of treatment, I saw massive results. A few months later, and I'm back to complete health and fighting shape!

Champion Professional MMA fighter
She provides a really good blend of massage and acupuncture in the sessions with advice and exercises to take home.
Rebecca also does really helpful video sessions, especially focused on rehab exercises (introducing new ones, checking the form of old ones, etc).
She is also thoroughly lovely as well 🙂

Her examination on my first visit was very thorough. She was very attentive and detailed in collecting my medical history.
Following just a few sessions, I found significant improvements in mobility and alleviation of pain.
I don't think you'd find a better physio anywhere and highly recommend Rebecca.

Kurt is the best sports therapist I have come across in London - someone who truly loves their job and can actually make you injury-free.

Don't wait until you're hurt or have an injury. You could avoid it with One Body LDN!
Physio isn't just about recovering from pain, but about improving overall physical health and strength, and this is a must for anyone that takes part in any kind of physical activity. I have been coming here for almost a year now, and whilst I have had sessions to recover from injuries, you can also benefit from so much more.
They will be able to provide physio, osteopathy, a general body MOT, PT services, acupuncture, health and exercise advice and knowledge... it's fairly limitless.
In my time with these guys I haven't just repaired from injury, I've learned beyond expectations about better form, techniques, nutrition, improved lifting... It's just a shame I had to get an injury to find them!
Don't delay. Book a session. Go in for a diagnosis. They will know more than you about what's going on with your body. See what they say and advise. You'll be amazed what you learn and how much better off you'll be for it.

Appendix: Key Terms and Concepts for Sprained ankle treatment
X-ray: If you have sprained your ankle, it is important to seek medical attention to determine the extent of the injury. An x-ray may be necessary to rule out any broken bones or other damage to the ankle. While ligament problems are the most common cause of ankle pain, an x-ray can help differentiate between a severe sprain and a fracture. It is advisable to consult a doctor if the pain is unbearable, the ankle appears deformed, or if there is any broken skin.
MRI: If you have a sprained ankle, your doctor may recommend an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan if they suspect a severe injury to the ligaments or joint surface, or if there is a small bone chip or other problem.
Elevate: One of the key steps in treating a sprained ankle is to elevate it. Elevating the injured ankle above the level of your heart can help reduce swelling and promote healing. This can be done by resting your leg on a chair or cushion. It is recommended to elevate the ankle as much as possible for the first 48 hours after the injury. Along with elevation, other treatments such as compression dressings and immobilization may be recommended by your doctor depending on the severity of the sprain.
Best treatment: When it comes to treating a sprained ankle, there are several options available. Self-help measures such as rest, over-the-counter pain medications like paracetamol or ibuprofen, and applying ibuprofen gels or creams can provide relief. Gentle exercises and an exercise program tailored by a physiotherapist can help with recovery. In some cases, surgical assessment by an orthopaedic surgeon may be necessary. It’s best to consult with your doctor or physiotherapist for personalized advice on the best treatment for you.
Health information: When it comes to treating a sprained ankle, it’s important to seek reliable health information from trusted sources. Websites like the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Mayo Clinic provide valuable insights and guidance on proper treatment methods. It is crucial to protect your personal health information and only share it with authorized healthcare professionals. By staying informed and following recommended protocols, you can effectively manage and recover from a sprained ankle.
Symptoms of a sprained ankle: Symptoms of a sprained ankle can vary depending on the severity of the injury. Common symptoms include pain, swelling, bruising, restricted movement, difficulty putting weight on the foot, and a feeling of instability or wobbliness in the ankle. If you experience these symptoms, it is recommended to seek medical help to properly diagnose and treat your sprained ankle.
Normal range of movement: A sprained ankle occurs when the ligaments that support and connect the bones in the ankle joint are injured. This typically happens when the foot is twisted or turned beyond its normal range of movement, causing the ligaments to stretch or tear.
Tenderness is a common symptom of a sprained ankle. When you sprain your ankle, the ligaments in the joint are stretched or torn, resulting in pain and swelling. Tenderness is often felt when touching or applying pressure to the affected area.
Crutches: When treating a sprained ankle, crutches may be necessary to limit weight bearing and allow the ankle to rest and heal. Walking with a sprained ankle can be painful, so using crutches can help alleviate discomfort. Additionally, an ankle brace or support may be recommended by a doctor to stabilize the ankle and promote healing. It is important to rest the ankle and avoid putting too much weight on it until the pain subsides.
Bandage: One of the most common treatments for a sprained ankle is to apply a bandage or wrap around the injured area. This helps to provide support and compression, which can reduce swelling and promote healing. It is important to wrap the bandage snugly, but not too tight, to ensure proper circulation. The bandage should be applied from the toes up to the calf, and it is recommended to elevate the ankle while wearing the bandage to further reduce swelling.
Elastic bandage: If you’ve sprained your ankle, one effective treatment method is to apply an elastic bandage to compress the area. This helps to reduce swelling and inflammation. It’s important not to wrap the bandage too tightly, as this can hinder circulation. Begin wrapping at the end farthest from your heart and continue until the swelling subsides. By using an elastic bandage, you can provide support and relief to your sprained ankle.
An ankle sprain, also known as a rolled ankle, is a common injury that occurs when the ligaments surrounding the ankle joint are stretched or torn. This type of injury typically happens when the foot rolls inward or outward, causing the ligaments to overstretch beyond their normal range of motion. Ankle sprains can range in severity from mild to severe, depending on the extent of the ligament damage. Symptoms of an ankle sprain may include pain, injured ankle, swelling, ankle instability, ligament injury, bruising, and difficulty walking or bearing weight on the affected foot. Ankle sprain, rolled ankle Treatment for an ankle sprain often involves rest, ice pack, compression, and elevation (RICE), along with physiotherapy exercises to strengthen the muscles around the ankle and promote healing. In more severe cases, severe sprain, immobilization with a brace or cast may be necessary to allow the ligaments to heal properly. It is important to seek medical attention for an ankle sprain to ensure an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan. With proper care and rehabilitation, most individuals can recover fully from an ankle sprain and return to their normal activities.
Using a splint for sprained ankle treatment provides stability and support, reducing the risk of further injury. It also helps to immobilize the ankle, allowing the ligaments to heal properly. Additionally, a splint can help alleviate pain and swelling, promoting faster recovery and restoring mobility.
