All bookings made are subject to availability and change. Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The actual gift voucher must be presented for validation on arrival. Any reservation made using your gift voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy. Gift vouchers will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no-show. We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

• All offers are limited to new customers only and for one use per person unless otherwise specified.
• One Body LDN may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
• One Body LDN reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals or other offers as deemed fair and appropriate.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts, cancel bookings that have been placed, and remove One Body LDN Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent.
• Rewards and incentives are not redeemable for cash value.
• All special offers are subject to any other terms, conditions and restrictions set forth on the Services or presented in connection with the special offer.
• Changes to Terms – One Body LDN reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which onebodyldn.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. One Body LDN encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process a cancellation fee equal to the value of your session.

This notice period is an industry-standard for medical practitioners.

Please contact us if you’re unsure about attending your appointment. 

Lateness

To provide the best possible service to all our clients, we ask you to contact us if you are running late. We can attempt to make all necessary arrangements to ensure our specialist sees you. 

As our clinics are very busy, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment or wait for an available slot so that all our patients receive the best possible service.

Suppose you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment without our prior agreement. In that case, we may consider you to have failed to attend, and we will process a “Did Not Attend” fee equal to the value of your session.

Failure to Attend

If you fail to attend your treatment session or are more than 10 minutes late, we will deem you missed your appointment. We will then process a “Did Not Attend” fee equal to the value of your session.
