Okay. Hip pinching. When you’re sitting into the bottom of a squat, when you’re lifting these up, when you’re running or just when you’re sitting in general, you’ve probably got hip impingement, alright? That can be caused due to a structural issue or due to tissue imbalances, right? There’s two quick releases that you can do for that and one.
Foam rolling the tfl, this muscle right in front of your hip here. Okay. Ease into it. It might feel a bit painful, might feel a bit horrible, right? But ease into it. Really re-release that area tight. Tfl, it’s gonna be drawing your femur or your leg bone forward in your hip bone and causing some of that compression.
Next one’s dod modified pigeon stretch now at the, and a posterior of our leg bone here, tightness and those hip muscles there that can also drive the leg bone forward Anteriorly, causes some compression in that area and causes some of that. Make sure these two areas are released. Follow for part two, I’m gonna show you how to strengthen the areas as well.
Okay.

Please make sure that your chin is down, obviously slightly engag in that core, sinking down. Hands on your chest please. And then driving up and squeezing at the top ing. You wanna strengthen your groups and your core.
Next exercise is a side plank, please. So soy plank. So what are we doing with these exercises? And just relax there. What we’re doing is we’re strengthening two key muscles, one the glutes, that’s gonna help reposition the joint, make sure that the joint is firing and moving properly, and make sure that everything, the whole space is clear so that you’re not getting in this pinch sensation.
Okay. Second thing is you’re strengthening the core. Now you want the core to be strong, so the cores not strong. The hips are gonna be doing a lot more work day to day and athletic than they should be. Make sure the cores doing their job, make sure they get their strength in them so you’ve got them fired appropriately.
The group’s working well, the joint position nicely and no more hip pension. So follow for more information. Thank you.
