Izzi obtained her physiotherapy qualifications from Kings College London, having moved to London for university. She has worked in the NHS for the past 3 years providing high-quality care and rehabilitation for a range of complex patients. Izzi has gained experience in orthopaedics, respiratory, neurological and paediatric physiotherapy, having worked in both hospital and community settings.

Izzi has specialist paediatric MSK experience and an excellent knowledge of sports injuries and the daily aches and pains we all face from time to time.

With a passion for going to the gym herself, Izzi is confident in prescribing specific, holistic, evidence-based and exciting exercise plans to help achieve all of your rehab goals.

Izzi is compassionate, personable and friendly. She is known to go over and beyond to help you achieve optimal function, reduce pain and meet your needs. Regarding her paediatric patients, she is engaging and fun, adapting her approach to help make her sessions as captivating as possible.

In her spare time, you will find Izzi attending various gym classes, travelling and trying out new restaurants.
