NOT JUST YOUR BACK - YOUR LONDON BRIDGE OSTEOPATHIC CLINIC OFFERS A WHOLE BODY SOLUTION
Poor posture? Back pain? Headaches? Sports injuries? Chronic pain? What does an Osteopath do?
Osteopathy is a therapy used to diagnose and treat a range of health conditions.
A fundamental principle of osteopathy is its holistic approach.
Our joints, muscles, nerves and connective tissue are all interlinked. And for optimum health, they need to work well and in balance with each other.
- For long term results, our top-class therapists will look at you as a whole. Using various treatments, they won't just treat your painful areas; they'll address the source.
- Other osteopaths may only do spinal manipulations. At One Body LDN, we use these alongside a combination of manual therapies. These include deep tissue massage, cupping and acupuncture.
- You'll also receive specialised rehabilitation exercises to not only get you to prime health quicker but make sure you stay there for good. Unlike others, we also can cater to your body and fitness goals on top of your rehab. Fix your injuries, look better, improve performance - under one roof.

1000'S OF 5-STAR REVIEWS
Much love to you and Rebecca! See you both soon.
We have been training together for years and I had more confidence in him. I knew he'd understand these types of injuries.
He knew exactly what it was and how to treat it without causing me any discomfort
I walked away with a better understanding of my body, my posture and what I personally need to focus on.
Would highly recommend - thank you!
He immediately treated my stiff upper back and hip issues on the first session - wasting no time at all! Within just a couple of sessions, I felt instant improvements in my weight training and running. I haven't looked back since!
Kurt has a deep understanding of anatomy and was able to quickly locate the source of my problem and explain how the referred pain originated.
His professionalism is second to none. He has a gentle hand and a calming manner - all which are essential when treatment has a tendency to be uncomfortable! His aftercare included advice and exercises to prevent similar pain in future and courtesy follow up message which I really valued.
I can't thank him enough and have referred all my friends!
Being a professional MMA fighter for over 9 years, I've had some serious injuries. Over the last 12 months, I sustained one of my worst. I almost completely ruptured my adductor and the bottom of my abs.
These guys were both crucial to my recovery and within weeks of treatment, I saw massive results. A few months later, and I'm back to complete health and fighting shape!

She provides a really good blend of massage and acupuncture in the sessions with advice and exercises to take home.
Rebecca also does really helpful video sessions, especially focused on rehab exercises (introducing new ones, checking the form of old ones, etc).
She is also thoroughly lovely as well 🙂
Her examination on my first visit was very thorough. She was very attentive and detailed in collecting my medical history.
Following just a few sessions, I found significant improvements in mobility and alleviation of pain.
I don't think you'd find a better physio anywhere and highly recommend Rebecca.
Kurt is the best sports therapist I have come across in London - someone who truly loves their job and can actually make you injury-free.
Don't wait until you're hurt or have an injury. You could avoid it with One Body LDN!
Physio isn't just about recovering from pain, but about improving overall physical health and strength, and this is a must for anyone that takes part in any kind of physical activity. I have been coming here for almost a year now, and whilst I have had sessions to recover from injuries, you can also benefit from so much more.
They will be able to provide physio, osteopathy, a general body MOT, PT services, acupuncture, health and exercise advice and knowledge... it's fairly limitless.
In my time with these guys I haven't just repaired from injury, I've learned beyond expectations about better form, techniques, nutrition, improved lifting... It's just a shame I had to get an injury to find them!
Don't delay. Book a session. Go in for a diagnosis. They will know more than you about what's going on with your body. See what they say and advise. You'll be amazed what you learn and how much better off you'll be for it.

Good question.
A chiropractors’ primary focus will be the joints and spine.
Osteopaths work holistically; taking the whole-body and person into account.
Both professionals will take a full case history. But, treatments do differ.
Chiropractic treatments focus on spinal manipulations. Sessions are usually shorter – 10 or 15 minutes. And Chiropractors generally see their patients more often – 2-3 times a week.
Osteopaths use a variety of treatment techniques. A typical session may include deep tissue massage, joint articulations and spinal manipulations. The treatment time is longer, and patients usually need fewer sessions.
Both approaches are safe and effective. With our style of Osteopathy, we’re of course, biased. But talk to your friends or find out from others what they’ve enjoyed.
The main thing is that whoever you do visit; you feel comfortable with, listened to and cared for.
Yes, this can be helpful throughout all stages of pregnancy. These treatments are effective for relieving pregnancy-related aches, pains and strains. Your therapist will take great care and use the appropriate techniques for you.
The first trimester carries a naturally high risk of miscarriage. If you’re pregnant for less than 12 weeks, we will need consent from your GP for treatment.
While you’re pregnant, you will not receive Acupuncture treatments from our therapists.
Yes, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy and Acupuncture are very safe.
Treatments generally leave a pleasurable feeling. Most of our clients visit through word of mouth recommendation – so there are a lot of happy clients!
Side effects are generally rare. You may feel stiffness or soreness for 1-2 days after. Like the feeling after too much unaccustomed exercise; this usually goes away quickly.
Post treatments, you may feel more tired/relaxed than usual. Drink plenty of water and get an early night.
Severe adverse reactions are very rare. Our therapists have the training to screen patients and their suitability for treatment. Your safety is our priority.
There’s been a concern in the media about neck manipulations or “clicking”. Damage to the vertebral artery via manipulation is extremely rare.
In fact – according to a research review carried out in 2010 by the National Council for Osteopathic Research – spinal manipulation was much safer than taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines.
With your consent, our therapists can manipulate in a safe, expert manner.
You’re more than welcome to bring a companion with you.
Please be aware that they’ll hear and see everything your therapist will during your appointment.
We do not accept patients under the age of 16 without a parent or guardian being present at all times.
If you’ve booked an appointment with us and cannot get childcare, please feel free to bring your child with you. They’re more than welcome.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process a cancellation fee equal to the value of your session.
This notice period is an industry-standard for medical practitioners.
Please contact if you’re unsure about attending your appointment.
At One Body, full diagnosis and treatment involve viewing the body as a whole. It is ideal for patients to undress to their underwear, but not compulsory. We respect your privacy and dignity at all times.
If you don’t want to undress, then please wear comfortable clothing. Loose tops, shorts, leggings; clothes that you can move around in – will work.
It’s not essential to bring anything with you.
If you do have the following, then please bring them along;
Referral letter from your GP or consultant.
X-ray or scan results that you have relating to your condition.
Lists of any medication or supplements you’re taking.
Any orthotics, braces or supports you use.
If you’re in pain due to wearing certain items such as running shoes, bring them.

No, we currently do not offer home visits.
