I've said it before but you and Rebecca have created an awesome hub with OneBody - it's been such a pleasure watching it develop over the last few years. You've both built an amazing team and have nailed the perfect environment of it feeling super friendly without losing the sense of trust and professionalism that your clients always get. I've suffered in the past with horrible sciatica. As time went on it got to the point I struggled sitting down and found it almost impossible to drive. I took a lot of painkillers to get me through the days. It was to the point I couldn't get out of bed without taking them. I saw a sports masseuse that a friend recommended. Every time I received treatment I felt real excruciating pain. I then got in contact with Kurt.

She provides a really good blend of massage and acupuncture in the sessions with advice and exercises to take home.
Rebecca also does really helpful video sessions, especially focused on rehab exercises (introducing new ones, checking the form of old ones, etc).

Following just a few sessions, I found significant improvements in mobility and alleviation of pain.

After several disappointing sports therapy appointments, I got recommended to visit Kurt to treat my lower back pain. After just one session, he was able to ease my pain and made me fully mobile. He incorporates multiple sports therapy techniques during the sessions. They're uniquely tailored to address the cause of your injury and to help prevent it in the future.
