I've had excellent treatment from Magenta at One Body LDN. Through a combination of exercises and stretches to take away as well as the treatments, she has completely sorted a stubborn and painful injury. I'd thoroughly recommend the business generally and Magenta in particular.

I recently had a series of weekly sessions with Magenta to help in my recovery and return back to sport after an ACL injury. All I can say is, Magenta is an asset to the One Body team and I would highly recommend her. She had an answer to every question I had, of which there were many and gave me the tools and confidence to move forward in my recovery. She is incredibly welcoming and has a very tailored approach, listening to my previous experience and giving me specific strength and pyrometric exercises to work on, alongside targeted sports massages to ease tight muscles. I have been seeing Magenta for a few weeks now and have found her advice and treatment so helpful. She was able to help relieve my back pain but also identify the root cause and map out a game plan to fix it. Really nice building space and Magenta is so lovely and friendly.
