Beth, our senior physiotherapist, graduated from The University of East London with a First-Class Honours (BSc) in physiotherapy.

Beth has a variety of pre and post-grad experience, including working as a junior sports physiotherapist at a prestigious private boys’ boarding school, providing taping/strapping and pitch side first aid for their rugby team.

Beth has completed a Sports Massage Level 4 course where she provided massage therapy for The Royal London Ballet. Beth has also worked as a pitch-side physiotherapist for grassroots-level football.

Beth has completed a variety of NHS rotations treating patients within orthopaedics elderly clients, neurology, cancer and acute/musculoskeletal paediatrics. Beth’s healthcare experience gives her valuable insight into the human body, enforcing a holistic approach to your care.

Beth’s philosophy aligns with our mantra, utilising hands-on techniques alongside exercise to allow health autonomy and responsibility for your rehabilitation. Beth partners her love of providing education, her cheerful demeanour and her ability to create personalised rehabilitation programmes to motivate you to achieve and exceed your own goals. Alexandros is a chartered physiotherapist who graduated from the University of East London in 2017. And in 2019, he also completed his Master’s in Sports Therapy at London Metropolitan University.

During his studies, he completed various placements and is experienced in managing chronic pain, sports injuries, and injury rehabilitation.

Alexandros has a keen interest in football injuries, as he was a football player and experienced many of them. He also has experience working with professional athletes from various backgrounds.

Alexandros takes a holistic care approach to his patients. He focuses on rehabilitation and an evidence-based treatment plan that addresses his patients’ goals.

Outside of work, Alexandros enjoys running, travelling, and exploring new coffee spots around London.

Meet our amazing senior physiotherapist Kanvi. Having completed her undergraduate degree in 2020 as valedictorian, Kanvi worked full-time as an MSK clinician and part-time as a marathon physiotherapist.

She has provided mid-run and post-run treatment to over 150 long-distance runners and has helped them achieve pain-free PBs by correcting their running biomechanics. Inspired by them, she has completed over ten half marathons and one full marathon.

Following her aspiration, Kanvi has recently completed her MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine (Football) from the University of Birmingham with merit. During this time, she gained her Diploma in football medicine from FIFA and worked as a football physiotherapist for Bartley Reds FC.

Kanvi then worked at a sport-specific clinic to develop in-depth knowledge of ACL rehabilitation from the pre-operative phase to the return to Sport phase using a combination of sports massage, exercise prescription and feedback therapy.

In addition, Kanvi has been practising Yoga since the age of 4 and is a certified Yoga Teacher from The Yoga Institute, India, which is the world’s oldest Yoga association. She passionately introduces free-flow mobility (Vinyasa Yoga) and breathing patterns into her treatment plans. If asked nicely, she will teach you how to ‘safely’ perform a headstand 🙂

Kanvi is friendly and approachable and is known to be a good listener. She cares about your problems and will go above and beyond to fix them.

Claudia obtained her physiotherapy qualification from King’s College London in 2022, graduating with first-class honours.

From being a former Hong Kong equestrian athlete and training towards the Youth Olympic Games, Claudia knows what it takes to become your best self – physically and mentally – and Claudia strives to help you reach your goals. She is eager to listen to you and tailor her plan towards your needs.

Claudia is also qualified in sports massage and can provide a deep tissue massage that hits all the right spots, helping you relieve all the unwanted tension in your body!

Meet our exceptional senior physiotherapist, Fred. With a comprehensive background in physiotherapy, Fred’s journey began with his undergraduate degree in 2022. He honed his skills at the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, delving into various areas of physiotherapy, including neurology, orthopaedics, and respiratory. His passion led him to specialise in musculoskeletal (MSK) with the NHS, and he now applies his expertise as a full-time musculoskeletal practitioner at the One Body LDN clinic.

During his physiotherapy studies, Fred was a massage therapist at one of the most luxurious spas in London: AIRE Ancient Baths.
Before beginning his physiotherapy journey, Fred was a professional ballet dancer with the English National Ballet. Still, he had to stop due to a severe injury.

Fred’s dedication to his client’s well-being goes beyond physical health. He is a strong advocate for mental health, believing that a balanced mind is crucial for achieving a good physical shape. His holistic approach ensures that he addresses both physical and mental aspects of well-being in his treatment plans, providing comprehensive care that you can trust.

Matt graduated at the top of his course with First Class Honours from the prestigious Sydney University in Australia. After working in the Blue Mountains for a short time, he made the move to London in 2024 for an exciting adventure.

He is passionate about sports physiotherapy and the lower limb, given his background in semi-professional football (which he currently still participates in).

He has a deep appreciation for combining physiotherapy to rehabilitate and prevent injuries, engaging in strength and conditioning in the gym, and paying close attention to dietary requirements to maximise performance.

With his extensive experience, Matt is adept at treating common overuse injuries and work-related injuries. His expertise in these areas provides a sense of reassurance to his clients, knowing they are in capable hands.

Matt uses a combination of hands-on techniques, education, and exercise to help his clients optimise their rehabilitation.

When he’s not in the clinic, Matt can be found on the football field, doing what he loves most. His personal interests, including spending time with family and friends and listening to a good podcast, reflect his balanced approach to life and work.

Mridul has dedicated his career to helping athletes, and sports enthusiasts recover from injuries and enhance their physical performance.

Mridul specialises in sports medicine, musculoskeletal medicine and manual therapy. He is committed to using his vast knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals and reach your full potential.
Mridul also holds a keen interest and vast knowledge in treating knee conditions – partly due to going through an ACL tear rehab himself.

Georgie, our senior physiotherapist, originally graduated from Kings College London with a master’s in physiotherapy. Coupled with her first-class degree in Sport Rehabilitation, Georgie holds the most up-to-date knowledge of the profession, which she has used to achieve the best outcomes for her patients whilst working in the NHS, sports teams, the military, and private practice.

Alongside university, Georgie worked at Portsmouth Football Club and Ben Ainslie’s UK sailing team, INEOS Britannia. Helping to diagnose, treat, massage, and provide emergency first-aid cover on matchdays, Georgie enjoyed the challenge of working in an elite environment and assisting her athletes to reach optimal performance. The attention to detail that is required for elite sports is what Georgie provides to all of her patients.

Since graduating, Georgie has lived in Switzerland and volunteered with the charity, Supporting Wounded Veterans. Using ski-habilitation to re-engage physically and psychologically injured veterans, Georgie provided patients with individualised and holistic care, considering both their physical and mental health needs.

Inspired by her grandmother’s motto, ‘listen to your body’, Georgie believes in the importance of regularly checking in with yourself and maintaining an active lifestyle to maximise health and wellbeing. She is keen to promote this message and help others live their life to the fullest without being limited by injuries.

In her spare time, Georgie enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Ravioli. Our senior physio, Molly, obtained her master’s degree in physiotherapy from St Georges University in London, where she gained experience working with various patients within the NHS. Before this, she completed her undergraduate Sport and Exercise Science degree at the University of Chichester, where she specialised in sports performance, exploring the science behind training techniques and fitness testing.

Before qualifying in physiotherapy, Molly worked as a Health Advisor conducting lifestyle and VO2 max fitness testing on customers primarily of a corporate working lifestyle. She enjoyed helping individuals achieve a healthier lifestyle by better understanding nutrition, sleep, stress, and physical activity.

Molly’s favourite aspect of physiotherapy is working with individuals to personalise rehabilitation and training to make their goals more attainable. Participating in many team sports over the years, she has seen how different individuals approach similar goals in a way that works for them.

In her spare time, Molly enjoys playing for her local rugby club, going to the gym and trying out new restaurants and activities around London.

Meet Eli. Eli obtained a master’s degree in physiotherapy from Brunel University London after completing a BHK in Kinesiology with a speciality in movement science from the University of Windsor in Canada.

Over the past ten years, Eli has worked with patients of various fitness capacities to help them reach their exercise goals. He has enjoyed creating personalised and evidence-based exercise plans while maintaining a holistic and patient-centred perspective.

Before starting his master’s degree, Eli spent four years representing the Canadian National Athletics team, competing in the shot put. As an international athlete, Eli gained first-hand experience of what is needed to become an elite-level competitor. Magenta, our senior physiotherapist, started her health and wellness career in professional and amateur sports.

After achieving a BSc in Sports Therapy, she worked with various sports teams, including the famous Queens Park Rangers FC and the England beach soccer team!

After working for an American football team and various football clubs for eight years, Magenta decided she wanted to further her knowledge.

Magenta since graduated with an MSc in Physiotherapy; this then saw her work with both acute and chronic injuries within some of London’s top private clinics and the NHS.

Magenta loves helping her patients thrive and improve their quality of life. Whether it’s work-related back pain, sports injuries, tendon or ligament injuries, Magenta is keen to find the best way to reduce your pain and improve your function efficiently.

After completing her competitive dance career, Zala earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in Slovenia and joined her family-run physiotherapy clinic. She also gained experience as a conditioning and rehabilitation trainer, working with general and athletic populations.

Tom’s continuous interest in and desire for physiological treatment and the human body’s capability sparked his ambition to become a physiotherapist.

The catalyst for his determination began in 2021 when he commenced his MSc in Physiotherapy at Keele University. Since graduating, Tom has worked as a private musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.

Enhancing his clinical skillset through treating and managing paediatric, trauma and orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, and neuromuscular conditions has allowed him to improve patients’ health and quality of life.

Meet Rebecca, the director of One Body. Having worked in the city for many years, her reputation precedes her.

Before co-founding One Body, Rebecca founded the elite full-service physiotherapy clinic – Physio LDN. Her advanced skills have led to her treating many professional athletes and celebs. These include UFC fighters, singers, ultra-endurance athletes and England rugby players.

Rebecca’s specialist interests are in complex pre and post-operative conditions. She receives many referrals from London’s top consultants and trainers. Large businesses also seek her to provide corporate physiotherapy and workplace ergonomic assessments.

Rebecca loves her work and is full of energy. With high energy and good vibes in every session, she’s an ideal clinician to educate and empower you on the way to your results.

Before co-founding One Body with Rebecca, Kurt was the founder and lead therapist of the award-winning, 5-star London clinic – Osteo LDN.

Kurt’s experience is vast, from whipping clients into shape as a personal trainer and working as a London Firefighter to rehabbing Londoners as a lead clinical therapist. 

Throughout the years, Kurt has catered for everyone, from office professionals to seasoned athletes. The goals vary for each client; however, Kurt’s commitment to your optimised improvement remains assured.

A lifelong athlete, Kurt is a former WKO top 10 UK-ranked professional K1 kickboxer. He has also competed across a broad range of sports, including strongman and MMA, and completed a marathon.

Kurt is personable and driven, gaining genuine fulfilment from assisting you in surpassing your goals.

Most will have a sports massage background and previous training. On top of this, they will also undergo our full onboarding and deep tissue sports massage training programme.
